I was definitely looking forward to doing this portrait because I knew in advance how cute these kids are! My daughter plays with these guys so I’ve been admiring their little faces for a while now. Mom warned me that it was going to be tough getting a genuine smile from Liam, but thankfully we were able to get some out of him. His sister on the other hand was ready with a smile at the drop of a hat. Not only did they show me their smiles, but I also got to see their mad faces (not featured on the blog today. sorry). I showed some of these to my daughter and she approved. My little girl always tells me when she doesn’t like my photos so I must have done a good job.
What a cute little lady and so easy to get a smile! Mom brought clothes almost as cute as her little girl. Mom not only has good taste, but she also is a smart cookie. Who would have ever thought a baby wouldn’t like cake? Well this girl did not have a sweet tooth nor did she really want cake. She only wanted her puffs. Mom came up with the brilliant idea of sticking the puffs in the cake frosting! Success! Good thinking!! As always our cake smash cake was provided by Lauren at Cake-tique
I have done big Bro’s photos plenty of times, but now he has a little siter and she is taking over! Mom came prepared with tons of great outfits and accessories. We took tons of photos until finally we had to bribe everyone with cake to squeeze in a couple of more. When the cake came out this little lady did the cutest thing ever. She started doing the baby sign for “Please”. So adorable!! I will say one thing before I wrap this up… Jaime, you make some beautiful kids!!
Cameron is an adorable, laid back kind of baby. Not to mention completely adorable! It’s the recipe for a photographer’s dream. We had a great time crawling around my studio builiding. Once the “Normal Photos” were done it was time for a cake smash! Cameron was quick to topple over the cake, but not before I was able to get some photos. He also enjoyed a good mouth full of frosting made by Lauren at Cake-tique!
