Family Portrait in MA – MA Family Portrait Photography

Every year I have the pleasure of going to this family’s house for a portrait session.  The first portrait I did for these guys was a maternity session when little brother was still cooking inside Mama’s belly.  Time has obviously passed and these guys are getting so big now!  Every year the session goes like this…  The boys run and play while I chase them and trick them into posing for photos.  Mom and I have to use the same tactics on Dad!  We have a formula now and it works!

RI Beach Portrait – Baby Photography

Any baby’s first birthday is a special time!  A time worthy of photos!  I got to document this little lady’s first birthday in Newport, RI a couple of weeks ago.  Mom and Dad were there to jump in for some pictures.  It was a little chilly that night so our subject was a little cold, but we still got some great photos!  She was a trooper!

Newborn Session at Studio – RI Newborn Photography

I couldn’t have asked for a better subject than this little peanut!  She is a born super model!  She did make quite the entrance in my studio.  Lucky Mom and Dad got to experience their first ever diaper blow out right when they arrived!  It was epic to say the least.  With that out of the way our little girl felt…  well relieved and ready for photos!  Mom brought a piece of her mother’s wedding dress and a bow from her grandmother’s wedding dress which made for some gorgeous photos as well as adding a nice personal touch to the session.

Newborn Session at the Family Home – RI Newborn Photography

I’ve been doing so many newborn sessions lately that I have to wonder what was going on nine months ago! I had the pleasure of meeting this family at their new home. They had moved in just a month before they added this new little guy to the family. That’s a lot of change in a short time but this family definitely has it together. I was shocked that they had just moved in when I saw the house. They are lucky to have Grandma who was there helping out with the two kids. It does take a village!

Emma’s First Communion Portrait – RI Portrait Photographer

I’ve been doing photos of Emma and her brother, Nicholas, for years now. When it was time for Emma to make her first communion Emma’s Mom and Dad wanted some photos that were different from the formal pics usually taken to mark this day. Enter me! We were able to use the church she was making her communion at and then it was off to Roger Williams Park. Nicholas was on hand for some photos to mark his birthday that is coming up soon! I always love to see this family! Congrats to Emma and Happy Birthday to Nicholas!!!
