It’s that time of year again! Every fall, I offer my 30-minute fall mini sessions in Rhode Island, and they have become one of my favorite traditions. Fall is such a beautiful time for family photos… the changing leaves, golden light, and crisp autumn air make the perfect backdrop for updating your family portraits.

These sessions are designed to be short, relaxed, and fun. Thirty minutes is just enough time to capture a great variety of family photos without asking everyone to commit to a full-length session. We’ll get the classic family portraits, plenty of candid moments, individual photos of the kids, and all of those little interactions that make your family yours.

And this family of five is a perfect example of why I love offering these sessions every year. I’ve been photographing their family for years, so watching their kids grow from one session to the next has been incredibly special. Every year they look a little different, but the goal stays the same: creating beautiful photographs that document their family exactly as they are right now.
