Family Portrait Session at Roger Williams Park

I’ve said it many, many times here on my blog and really I can’t say it enough.  It’s such an honor to be able to capture families as they grow and change.  I’ve taken a lot of pics of this family when there was only four of them.  Now they have a fifth member that’s been added to the mix.  He has a lot to live up to because his brothers really have this photo thing down!  I don’t know how they do it, but these guys just can’t stop being cute for the camera.  I’ve taken some of my cutest photos of these guys and now there is a third!    It must be in the genes because the youngest was hamming it up for the camera.  Triple cuteness overload.

Newborn Session at the Family Home – RI Newborn Photography

I’ve been doing so many newborn sessions lately that I have to wonder what was going on nine months ago! I had the pleasure of meeting this family at their new home. They had moved in just a month before they added this new little guy to the family. That’s a lot of change in a short time but this family definitely has it together. I was shocked that they had just moved in when I saw the house. They are lucky to have Grandma who was there helping out with the two kids. It does take a village!

Family Portrait in West Bridgewater, MA

This family portrait session brought me up to West Bridgewater, MA.  I was not familiar with the area so the family decided on the location.  They couldn’t have picked a better spot.  It was a gorgeous spot with streams, rock walls, wooden fences and even a covered bridge.  What more could a photographer ask for?  We had a great time walking around the park and posing for pics.  Everyone was so cooperative even the family pup!  All and all it was a pleasure.

Family Portrait Session in Bristol, RI

When you are pregnant with your second child you always think “This baby is going to have everything their older sister had.  Baby books, scrapbooks, tons of photos…”  Unfortunately that doesn’t always happen, but we all make a valiant effort to do so.  My son is definitely going to be mad at me one day (sorry, Max!  Mommy loves you!!).  This family did pictures with their oldest girl and wanted to make sure they got some with their (not so) new addition!  We had the most gorgeous day for these pictures and the light was amazing!  First we stopped by Colt State Park and then it was off to Bristol Harbour Inn where Mom and Dad just happened to get married!  That’s what we call going Full Circle!

Newborn Family Portrait Session in MA – MA Family Photography

Newborn sessions are always such a treat for me! It’s not everyday that you get to see, hold and touch a new baby. I’m a little spoiled with my job since I get to do this quite often.  My favorite kind of newborn session is the one that comes with an older sibling especially one as sweet as this girl!  I’ve had the pleasure of taking big sis’s portrait a couple of times now.  She was my little buddy at the shoot and “helped” me so much with her brother.  I couldn’t have done it without her!
